DOG BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS
All dogs must complete a full day meet and greet daycare.

At our facility, we believe that pet parents should feel confident and informed about their dog's care. That's why we offer a full-day daycare meet and greet, allowing ample opportunity for you to tour our play area during drop-off and to visit our boarding area at pick-up.
This experience not only showcases our social play environment but also enables dogs and pet parents plenty of exposure to our services and staff to help you make an informed decision about future daycare and boarding services.
All dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs. We cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression or reactivity (biting, lunging, guarding, etc.)
Dogs must be well-socialized and able to participate in group play.
Dogs must be potty trained and free of any contagious illness or parasites (including fleas/ticks).
All dogs must arrive with a properly fitted collar or harness and ID tag. If you want us to remove your dog's harness during their stay, they must have a properly fitted collar.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo combo, and Bordatella. Records must be uploaded into the app.
If a dog shows behavior that puts themselves, others, or our staff at risk, or creates excessive stress or disruption, we reserve the right to adjust their care plan, or request that you come pick them up early. This may include excessive barking, escape attempts, marking indoors, excessive humping, anxiety that cannot be redirected, or aggression of any kind.
