Before you book, take a quick peek at our policies for dog boarding and daycare. They help us keep things running smoothly—especially during busy times and holidays!
Booking Procedures
To reserve a spot for your dog:

All reservations must be made through the app.

Your dog must complete a full day Meet & Greet Daycare prior to their first boarding stay. Meet & Greets must be scheduled through our app and are available Monday through Saturday, during our established drop-off and pick-up windows.

Boarding spots are limited. Reservations are first come, first served.

Payment is due at the time of service/late cancellation.

Please confirm and adhere to drop-off and pick-up times chosen at the time of booking.
PICK UP/DROP OFF TIMES:
6am-10am Mon-Fri/8am-10am Sat-Sun
4pm-7pm Mon-Sun


Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, we set aside time and space for your dog, and last-minute cancellations can’t always be filled. Please note our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance:
Full refund or credit.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours:
Subject to a small fee of up to two days of your booking.

Holiday bookings require 7 days notice for full refund or credit.
