Before you book, take a quick peek at our policies for dog boarding and daycare. They help us keep things running smoothly—especially during busy times and holidays!
Booking Procedures
To reserve a spot for your dog:

All reservations must be made through the app.

Your dog must complete a meet and greet prior to their first stay.

Boarding spots are limited. Reservations are first come, first served.

To hold your spot, payment is due at the time your reservation has been approved by Wandering Woof staff.

Please confirm drop-off and pick-up times at the time of booking.


Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, we set aside time and space for your dog, and last-minute cancellations can’t always be filled. Please note our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance:
Full refund or credit.
Cancellation made within 72 hours:
50% refund or credit.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours:
No refund.
Holiday bookings require 7 days notice for full refund or credit.
