Booking & Cancellation Policies

Before you book, take a quick peek at our policies for dog boarding and daycare. They help us keep things running smoothly—especially during busy times and holidays!

Booking Procedures

To reserve a spot for your dog:

 

  • All reservations must be made through the app.

  • Your dog must complete a meet and greet prior to their first stay.

  • Boarding spots are limited. Reservations are first come, first served.

  • To hold your spot, payment is due at the time your reservation has been approved by Wandering Woof staff.

  • Please confirm drop-off and pick-up times at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! However, we set aside time and space for your dog, and last-minute cancellations can’t always be filled. Please note our cancellation policy below.

 

Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance: 

Full refund or credit.

 

Cancellation made within 72 hours:

50% refund or credit.

 

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours:

No refund.

 

Holiday bookings require 7 days notice for full refund or credit.
